1. Aeronautical Engineering Graduates for undergoing Apprenticeship

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Qualification	University Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, approved by AICTE
Age limit	28 Years of Age as on 01-07-2010

RESERVATIONS, RELAXATIONS AND CONCESSIONS:

a)       The prescribed Reservation Guidelines as per the Govt/ Statutory directives will be           followed for SC/ST/OBC/PH (Non- Creamy Layer).

b)       Upper age limit is relax able by 5 years for SC & ST, 3 years for OBC,

c)       Candidates belonging to OBC Category are required to Produce Certificate stating that           they do not come under the ‘Creamy Layer’ from a Competent Authority, in the           prescribe format.

APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING:

The apprenticeship training will be for a period of one year only.

STIPEND:

The selected candidates will be paid stipend as per provisions/guidelines of the Apprenticeship Act

SELECTION PROCEDURE:

Only short listed candidates will be called for interview based on the criteria decided by the PHHL Management and they will have to appear for interview at their own expenses. Candidates will have the option to answer in Hindi also.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

1.       Only Indian Nationals need apply.

2.       Applications should be neatly typed / handwritten, candidates may use prescribed format also. Applications incomplete and not as per format, will be rejected.

3.       Mere submission of application will not entail and claim for apprenticeship. Management reserves the right to increase / decrease the standards of specification depending upon    the response.

4.       Copies of marks sheets and certificates, Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC candidates           duly attested need only be attached. Application received after the last date will be summarily rejected.

5.       Decision of PHHL Management regarding selection is final and no correspondence will be entertained. PHHL Management will not accept any responsibility for postal delay

Job Details:-

1. ASSISTANT MANAGER (MATERIALS) (on contract basis)

Qualification & Experience:

Engineering Degree / Full Time MBA / Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Materials Management from a recognised University / Institution having three years post qualification executive experience in a large and reputed organisation out of which two years should be in the next below level/equal responsibility.

2. TRAINING INSTRUCTORS & AUDITORS FOR AVIATION SAFETY INSTITUTE (on contract basis)

Qualification & Experience :

AME Licence / Engineering Graduates from a recognised Institution/University with aviation background having one year’s post qualification executive experience as Instructor.

3. ENGINEERS (on contract basis)

Qualification & Experience :

BE / B Tech in Aeronautics / Mechanical / Electronics & Communication / Electricals / Instrumentation with full time MBA from a recognised Institute / University having one year’s post qualification executive experience.

4. IT ENGINEER (on contract basis)

                   

Qualification & Experience :

B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science / IT or Electronics & Communication or equivalent degree with full time MBA from a recognised Institute / University having one year’s post qualification executive experience.

5. OFFICER (P&HRD) – (on contract basis)

                   

Qualification & Experience :

Two years full time MBA in HR / P.G. Degree/Diploma in IR&PM / HRM and having one year’s post qualification executive experience of handling human resource software besides working knowledge on implementation of ERP package on HR module.

Upper Age Limit         :           30 years

General

Ø  Reservation & Age relaxation for SCs, STs, OBCs, Ex-Servicemen and Persons with Disabilities will be as per Government of India directives.

Ø  The eligibility criteria for age, qualification & experience etc will be decided as on the date of publication of advertisement.

Ø  The Management reserves the right to call only those candidates who according to its decision rank high in term of eligibility criteria among the applications received and mere eligibility will not entitle any candidates for being called for interview.

Ø  The Management also reserves the right to restrict the number of applicants for interview depending upon the level of response for each post.
