The present Manpower Plan and Recruitment Policy take care for recruitment of deserving and talented personnel in the General Banking Officer Management grade in the Officers cadre in the Scae-I, II & III :
I. General Banking Officer -Probationary Officers (JMG-I) :
No of Post : 460 posts,
Age Limit : Minimum Age limit is 21 years and maximum 30 years.
Pay Scale : Rs. 10000 to 18240/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate with minimum 60% marks from UGC recognized University. Preference will be given to those having experience in Bank/s or Financial Institution/s.
II. General Banking Officers (JMG-II) :
No of Post : 386 posts,
Age Limit : Minimum Age limit is 21 years and maximum 33 years.
Pay Scale : Rs. 13820 to 19920/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate with minimum 60% marks from UGC recognized University. OR Post Graduate with minimum 50% marks from UGC recognized university. OR Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management from UGC recognized university or AICTE approved institution OR Any other professional qualification such as CA, ICWA etc. Minimum 3 years in Bank/s or Financial Institution/s out of which at least one year in Officers cadre. Candidates with JAIIB / CAIIB qualification will be given preference.
III. General Banking Officer (JMG-III) :
No of Post : 237 posts,
Age Limit : Minimum Age limit is 24 years and maximum 35 years.
Pay Scale : Rs. 18240 to 22280/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate with minimum 60% marks from UGC recognized University. OR Post Graduate with minimum 50% marks from UGC recognized university. OR Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management from UGC recognized university or AICTE approved institution OR Any other professional qualification such as CA, ICWA etc. Minimum 5 years in Bank/s or Financial Institution/s out of which at least one year in Officers cadre. Candidates with JAIIB / CAIIB qualification will be given preference.
