The applications on plain paper completed in all respect along with self attested photocopies of supporting documents in support of qualification, experience, age, reservation, recent pass-port size photographs etc. and request fee Rs. 100/= (One Hundred) and Rs. 25/= (Twenty Five) for SC/ST (D/D in favour of Director, I.G.I.M.S., Patna-14) should reach by post to The Director, IGIMS, Sheikhpura, Patna-14, on or before 02-06-2010, positively during office hour.
