It is an excellent consideration to engage 3434 Ex-servicmen into BSF as per advertisement. But it will be quite unfair if one Ex Havildar of Army (it is a higher Rank)join as Constable in BSF(It is a Lower Rank). If it happen so, it will be extremely insult to the Ssystem and will proove lack of knowledge in HRM,Administration,Leadership, of the Recruitment Organisation and carelessness in duty while handling a sensitive matter of recruitment of Ex-servicemen into BSF those again will be at National Border and how one can expect from them the better service for the Nation while Nation degrade them before induction????
See, how oneman policy put the nation into danger. Shall a retired Senior IAS Officer be placed as a Clerk ?
Shall a retired Maj General be placed as Inspector of Police ?
Shall e retired Supreme Court Judge be placed as Judge of a District Consumer Redresal Forum ?
