Qualification : Persons who have completed their undergraduate (UG) degree in any discipline and have at least five years of relevant experience OR persons who have completed their postgraduate (PG) degree in any discipline and have at least three years of relevant experience of working directly with SHGs and their federations, imparting training and building their capacity are eligible to apply. Women candidates are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of Tamil is a must. Basic computer skills would be an added advantage |
