1. Specialist Management Executives
No of Vacancies : 500 (SC-75, ST-37, OBC-135 and Gen-253) (OH-08, VH-07)
Age : Not below 25 years and not above 35 years as on 31.08.2010
Qualification :Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or CA or ICWA


2. Specialist Technical Executives
No of Vacancies : 60 (SC-09, ST-4, OBC-17 and General-30)
Age : Not below 25 years and not above 35 years as on 31.08.2010
Qualification : B.E./ B.Tech/ B.Sc.(Engineering) in Mechanical OR Chemical /Pharma / Bio Tech OR Electrical/ Electronics / IT OR Textile OR Food Technology OR Metallurgy


Emoluments : Starting basic pay of Rs. 25,700/- in the scale of Rs. 25,700- 800/5-29,700-900/2-31,500 applicable to Middle Management Grade Scale III. Gross = Rs. 40,000/- p.m. at Metropolitan centres.
