 Qualification : IInd class Graduate of a recognised university and Post Graduate Degree/diploma in Industrial relations/Social works, Personnel Management or MBA (HR) or MSW (PM & IR) or MA(PMIR)

2. Asstt. Manager (Legal) : 01 Post
 Pay Scale : Rs.16400-40,500 (IDA).
 Emoluments: Rs.31500/- p.m ( approx.)
 Age : Not exceeding 40 years as on 1st Jan.,2010
 Qualification :LLB (3 years) or 5 years intergraded Law Course from recognised university

3. Manager (Prodn.) : 01 Post
 Pay Scale : Rs.16400-40,500 (IDA).
 Emoluments: Rs.38500/- p.m. approx
 Age : Not exceeding 40 years as on 01.01.2010
 Qualification : Master’s Degree in Botany or Agriculture from recognised university with specialization in Agricultural Botany or Plant Breeding and Genetics or agronomy or Seed Technology or Horticulture, Floriculture/Vegetable or Plant Pathology or Entomology or Nematology or Plant Physiology or agricultural Extension or Agricultural Economics

4. Marketing Assistant : 03 Posts
 Pay Scale : Rs.9600-27000 (IDA).
 Emoluments: Rs.15500 /-p.m approx.
 Age : 35 years as on 01.01.2010
 Qualification :Graduate from any recognised university
