Eligibility Criteria: (a) A candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent from a recognised University.
(b) 21- 35 years as on 01.01.2009, meaning thereby that candidates born on or
after 02-01-1988 are underage whereas applicants born on or before 01-01-1974 are overage.
